Customer Requirements

Age and Identification Requirements

By visiting Fridley Dispensary, you acknowledge and agree to the following requirements:

You must be 21 years of age or older
You must present valid, government-issued photo identification upon entry
Acceptable ID includes driver's license, passport, or state-issued ID card
Expired identification will not be accepted
ID must be in your legal name and cannot be altered or damaged

Important Notice

Attempting to enter with false identification or while under 21 years of age is illegal and will result in immediate removal from the premises and possible legal action.

Purchase Limits and Restrictions

Minnesota law establishes the following purchase limits for adult-use cannabis:

Flower products: Maximum amounts as specified by state regulation
Concentrate products: Limits based on THC content
Edible products: Daily purchase limits apply
Pre-roll and other products: Subject to state-mandated restrictions

Prohibited Items and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on dispensary premises:

Weapons of any kind
Outside cannabis products
Consumption of cannabis products on-site
Photography or video recording without permission
Disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
Loitering or remaining on premises after business hours

Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other customers. We reserve the right to refuse service and ban customers who violate our policies.

Payment and Pricing

Fridley Dispensary operates under the following payment and pricing policies:

Cash transactions are accepted at all times
Debit/credit cards accepted subject to processing availability
All sales are final - no returns or exchanges on cannabis products
Prices are subject to change without notice
All applicable taxes are added at point of sale
Discounts and promotions may have specific terms and restrictions

Product Quality and Safety

We are committed to providing safe, high-quality cannabis products:

All products are sourced from licensed Minnesota cultivators and manufacturers
Products undergo required testing for potency, pesticides, and contaminants
Lab results are available upon request
Products are stored in proper conditions to maintain quality
Staff are trained to provide accurate product information

Product Defects

If you believe you received a defective product, contact us immediately. We will work within regulatory guidelines to address quality concerns.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for legal consequences of customer actions
Liability is limited to the purchase price of products
We are not liable for consequential or punitive damages

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fridley Dispensary from:

Claims arising from customer use of cannabis products
Violations of laws or regulations by the customer
Damage caused by customer actions on premises
Legal costs and fees resulting from customer violations

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:

Good faith negotiation between parties
Mediation if negotiation fails
Arbitration in Minnesota if mediation fails
Minnesota state law governs all terms
Jurisdiction lies in Minnesota state courts

Modifications and Updates

These terms may be modified:

Updates will be posted at our dispensary location
Changes will be posted on our website
Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
Material changes will be highlighted to customers

Severability

If any portion of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
